Computer science and network engineering.

4. What did you want to be at school?
A pianist!

5. What are the highlights of your job?
Work is not a duty but a passion. When I'm at work time flies.
Challenges increase this passion and the enthusiasm.
I have great colleagues, team work is a pleasure.

6. What are the lowlights of your job?
I would like to have more spare time. I wish Italian research had more funds to ensure the brightest future to the young colleagues which deserve the best.

I have three small children (one daughter Lucia and two male twins Daniele and Lorenzo), a husband (Ferdinando) and no spare time!

Helping to pave the way for a sustainable e-infrastructure in Europe.

9. Would you encourage your children to get in to grid and IT?
No, but I will help them to follow their own dreams. Research is a great way to work and invest in ourselves at the same time. I would be happy if we could share passions.

A physician to be closer to people.
